[Roger Penske] added that there are no plans to expand Penske Racing's three-car organization of #2-Kurt Busch, #77-Sam Hornish Jr. and #12-David Stremme. i'd say give him another year in n'wide, then move stremme if he doesn't get better

Stremme's been doing good. Just don't rush Algaier like evry other team does.
