Discuss, I got it around 4 and played it till 11, great game so far, played with CD online for a lil bit but I'm really enjoying the campaign mode.

well ever since it's been out it been a blast. I think i'm like lvl 22 in Multiplayer already and i'm halfway through the campaign.

It's definitely the most intense game I've ever owned.

I've done 4.5 hours of campaign. No online yet, and not like I can play online with the Activision PS3 servers all fucked as they are now. I'm pretty sure I'm on the last level.

only part i'm dissapointed in is it only took me 6 hours to complete campaign

all the cod's have been approx. 5-6 hours long

i was wonderin if it was just me that online wasnt working for. hopefully its up this weekend so i can give online a go.

the campaign is pretty cool though. the first mission with Soap and the other guy was a blast. i think im on the 4th or 5th mission now

I have no plans to buy the game, as i SUCK at FPS's and am not really interested in it...but the campaign (which someone already uploaded the entire thing on youtube) is fuckin awesome. no spoilers, but I'm at the part after the oil rig.

so . . . the ending of campaign anyone get to there yet? Its almost felt like a cliffhanger to em . . .

Spoiler alert:

the guy who you were after at first never gets killed in the end, the bad guy who gunned down all the innocent ppl in the airport, in fact the twist of the plot came down to another bad guy . . . so I am assuming MW3 is coming b/c the story felt like its going to continue.

Awesome end to the game. I didn't see that twist coming. Definitely going to be a Modern Warfare 3.

Also, I was able to play online for like 3 hours. It took like .891728346182739 seconds to join the server. I don't know what was up, but I had zero problems.

yeah what happened was sooo many people were trying to log in at once it actually crashed the 3rd party servers for the ps3 version...so last night they were only allowing like 20,000 on at a time but that problem is fixed now and friday there should be a new patch atleast for the ps3 guys to fix the issue with joining parties.

I think after Halo 3, xbl in general and stuff was prepared for another event like MW2.

i got mw2 today and played for 2 hours and holy shit.....this game is fun as hell....tbh that airport mission was kind of fun, you go in there and kill all those people and then you kill the police, reminds of GTA lol

k so how come ps3 has their shit backwards? like they made r2/l2 triggers, but they use r1/l1 to shoot and aim lol? makes no sense.

I hate using r2/l2 for shooting and aiming on ps3

yeah the end of capaign was a BIG cliffhanger, i was just like "ok lets go to the next mission" then the game goes "oh noez its the end you can't play any more"

lol but still online is pretty cool, i like groudwar alot, but i suck in deathmatches. I'm up to like lvl 15 or something online.

what's the 3rd option? covert ops or something like that, has anyone tried it?

yeah i played cod4 last weekend on the ps3 and i couldn't use r1/l1 because I'm so used to usin the triggers. i had to switch it because i kept wastin my grenades lol. I do agree though the triggers are shit and it's definitely uncomfortable compared to the 360

so for the ps3 they made the right side triggers for grenades and stuff and the left side to fire? rofl talk about fail. I've never played a FPS where the left side triggers were to fire a gun.

Me and Steven pro'ed a Search and Destroy match. I planted the bomb and he covered. We were all tactical like, I was like, go to A! Then a UAV came up and we turned around and both went to B lul

I had a 1.00+ k/d for once in MW2 and it's slowly slipping away as i literally get raped match after match being spawned killed and owned by airstirkes and crap.

I swear this game was fun when I was playing players MY skill level and now it's like trueskill is only giving me teams that are like pro players lol

I just want a match that is actually fair for once, a match where a guy across the map can't magically know where I am located considering he doesn't have a thermal heartbeat sensor and i'm not moving or firing . . .yet they still kill me <_<
