Title: Old PC not working.

So my aunt gave me her old PC for my dad to use when I go to college, and in the mean time I can race NR2003 on. Anyways, everything is plugged in, the monitor works, the speakers turn on, yet the tower won't turn on at all. I don't have a mouse plugged in but I highly doubt that's it. Any help guys?

I posted in your other thread, but that was before I saw this one.
Does an image show up on the screen? Does the light on front of the computer turn on? What kind of computer is it?

The screen works and goes into "power saving mode" just because the tower won't turn on. The only thing that's wrong, it seems, is the tower. When I hit the power button it doesn't do anything, or even attempt to turn on, the fans don't go on or anything. Also It's like a 5 year old Gateway.

is the computer plugged in? have you flipped the switch on?

Sounds like a Power Supply issue to me. When the fans do not turn on, and no lights turn on, it's more than likely a Power Supply problem. I'd open the computer up, and check all connections going from the PS to the Motherboard (really the only one needed for startup), Hard Drive, as well as CD/DVD/Floppy drives.
